There is a brilliant tool for prioritization. It works amazingly well. Yet most people don't use it.

I am actually stunned about this because most people know about this tool. They get the idea, but they don't use it.

This tool is the 80-20 Rule. Now tell me, have you used the 80-20 rule today? This week?

99.9% of people I ask have NOT used this approach.

Please use it, everyday. The 80-20 Rule works.

Oh, one more thing -- today the 80-20 rule applies to what will NOT get done. 80% of all the tasks you think you should do will not get done!
