Hi, How to have High Concentration all day -- Time Creation Tip
April 16, 2009

Happy Easter. I hoe you enjoyed the Easter period. Many of our readers requested short simple time management tips that you can use straight away AND that will help to remind you to keep on track with your time management system. Here is your time creation tip for this week.

Time Management Tip

Use Very High Concentration in Short Bursts.

Break your day into blocks of time based on how long you can operate at Very High Concentration levels.

In today’s busy world this is usually 1-1.5 hours maximum.

So, very 90 minutes take a short break where physically get up and move around. After a 90 minute block that required Very High Concentration, have a 90 minute block that requires more moderate concentration.

The BENEFIT of this is that you will be able to maintain High Concentration levels at the end of the day rather than use all your brain energy earlier in the day and then be less effective later in the day.
