Hi there to all our loyal and our new members. 109 new members have joined in the last month. It's fantastic to have you on board. This edition of your Time Creation Newsletter you will find out why Why most time management fails. Enjoy and have a laugh too :-)
In this Edition:
Why most time management fails.
John put down his coffee, leaned in and said "it seems to me that all the time management programs are written by highly organized people. I mean abnormally organized people."
My client had an excellent point. Most time management techniques are designed by highly organized people who are trying to share what works for them. But does that mean it will work for "normal" people like John?
John had read all the books been to the workshops and tried various diaries. None had worked. So why do most time management systems fail?
Because they are designed by organized people and they suit detail orientated organized people.
Imagine you are going on holiday and you are driving about 3 hours to your destination. Do you want to know every detail on the journey? Every cross road? Exactly how long you will be on each road? Most people don't want to work at that level of detail. But that is how most time management programs want you to work.
What you really want for your holiday drive is to know the main highways and the critical turn offs. You only want to know the minimum amount that will keep you on the right route to your holiday destination.
An effective time management system should work the same way. In fact the ideal time management system should be flexible enough to be different for different people.
Are you drowning in too much detail? Take a step back and try a "high view" time management system.
Here is an example a "high view" Time Management System and for our loyal subscribers the short version is only $9.
I have visited and it as been very helpful the operator is excellent.

A husband asks his wife, "You never argue when I get mad at you. How do you always control your anger?"
"I clean the toilet," she replies. "How does that help?" he asks.
"I use your toothbrush."
