What is the best use of your time Right Now?
June 21, 2010

Hello . I hope you enjoy this week's tip, What is the Best Use of Your Time Right Now?

Time flies, time got away from me, I ran out of time, there was not enough time ... How do you stop this happening and get control of your time?

The KEY is to STOP, step back and ask yourself the question "What is the best use of my time right now?"

Most of the time an interruption is NOT the best use of your time. Neither is working on the latest email. Most people drift during the day in reactive mode. You drift from interruption to interruption and if you have a spare minute you check your email and respond to that.

It is very rare to see people who spend most of their day being proactive, yet that is exactly what it takes to get control of your time.

Stopping is actually proactive. It gives you the chance to say No to interruptions and emails and focus on High Impacts Tasks. Now, I am not saying this is easy. But it is critical.

To do this you need to find a method that helps you to STOP AND makes it easy to know what is the best use of your time. I show you how to do this in my Personal Video Coaching program.

The BENEFIT of STOPPING and asking what is the best use of my time Right Now is that you spend time on high impact tasks which enables you to achieve your objectives in about half the usual time.

Have the time of your life this week.
