As a Coach

Michael Erwin is one of Australia's leading executive coaches, specializing in the areas of return on time, leadership and sales growth. Michael has an impressive list of clients that he has successfully helped to achieve their desired results in less time with less effort.

In 2005 Michael achieved international accreditation as a coach. He has personally coached over 3000 hours one-on-one with business owners, leaders and managers, making him one of the most knowledgeable and experienced coaches in this country. He is also a co-author of 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, Volume 3.

Michael's unique and uncanny ability to make the intangible, tangible and the seemingly unachievable, achievable is what sets him apart as a coach. His client testimonials constantly refer to his patience, his ability to truly listen, to clarify and to help clients to reach their sales targets.

Career Background

Michael has over 15 years Sales and Marketing experience, plus qualifications in Organizational Psychology, Marketing and Coaching. This is the foundation that makes Michael a leading coach today. He was a successful sportsman, playing at Collingwood in the AFL and has continued to be a high achiever in his business career.

Michael is internationally accredited by the International Coach Federation (his assessment was done by the then International President).

In November 2008 Michael was recommended to the ICF events committee by the Australian ICF President as an ideal coach to do "live coaching" at the ICF event. Michael did the live coaching event, which received very positive feedback from attendees. He is also a co-author of 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, Volume 3 and the creator of the Life-Time Mastery System.

Michael is also a Genos Accredited Emotional Intelligence Master Practitioner Coach. He uses EI in a unique way to help your team increase sales.

Michael is a husband and father of two, a keen runner (7 Half-Marathons), personal development "junkie" and an active member of the International Coach Federation.

Here's what Michael's clients say.

With Michael's coaching we achieved more strategically for our sales team in three months than in the previous two years!

I was able to improve my effectiveness by about 50%. That meant more sales working less hours.

My performance increased (over 50% increase in sales), my confidence is up and my stress levels are down.
